Shipping & Delivery

Processing time: Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (weekends/holidays excluded).

Shipping time: After dispatch, delivery generally takes 10–18 business days, depending on destination, carrier capacity, and local delivery conditions.

Tracking: When available, a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Tracking events may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Address accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you need to update an address, contact us as soon as possible—changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched.

Delays: Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons, weather, carrier disruptions, or inspection processes can occasionally cause delays. If your tracking appears stalled, contact us and we’ll help check the latest status.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a straightforward return and refund process to make your purchase worry-free.

30-day return window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, with all parts/accessories and original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging). Returns must be authorized before sending anything back.

Return shipping: If the issue is due to a confirmed defect, damage in transit, or an incorrect item shipped, we’ll work with you on the best resolution. For preference-based returns (changed mind, ordered by mistake, style/size preference), return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility.

Refund timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (banks may take additional time to post the refund).

Damaged/incorrect items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer carton, internal packaging, and the issue so we can assist quickly.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our lighting. Your purchase is covered by a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper installation.

What’s covered (when verified):

  • Defects in the fixture body/frame, sockets, mounting hardware, or internal electrical components
  • Functional failures not caused by installation errors, misuse, modification, or incorrect voltage
  • Missing parts or damage discovered upon delivery (please report within 48 hours with photos)

What’s not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, finish aging/patina changes, or minor natural material variations
  • Damage caused by improper installation, non-standard wiring, power surges, water/humidity exposure, or incorrect voltage
  • Issues caused by incompatible dimmers, bulbs, or non-qualified installation
  • Cosmetic damage after installation (scratches, dents, chips) not related to a verified defect
  • Consumables such as light bulbs (unless stated otherwise on the product page)

How to request warranty service:

Email support@chandeliercoinc.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos (including the connection area if relevant). We may provide replacement parts, troubleshooting guidance, or another appropriate solution depending on the case and availability.

For the fastest support, please keep the original packaging until installation is complete.
