Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Chandelierco Inc. If something isn’t right, we offer a clear return and refund process. Please read the policy below before initiating a return.


1) Return Window (30 Days)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.


2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and uninstalled (no installation attempts, wiring, mounting, or modifications)
  • In original condition, with all parts and accessories included
  • Returned in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging if the original box is not usable)
  • Return must be authorized by our support team before you ship anything back

3) How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@chandeliercoinc.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Email used at checkout
  • Product name (or product link)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos (required if the item arrived damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send returns to our business address unless we explicitly confirm it as the return destination.


4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Report Timeline

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What to Send Us

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the outer carton (including shipping label)
  • Photos of the internal packaging
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

Resolution Options

After review, we will offer an appropriate resolution such as replacement parts, replacement item, or refund, depending on the situation and availability.


5) Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the return reason:

  • If the return is due to our error (confirmed defect, damage in transit, wrong item shipped), we will work with you on an appropriate solution and return arrangements.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, ordered by mistake, size/finish preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6) Refund Timeline (5–7 Business Days)

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Important: Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account after we process it.


7) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Returns and refunds may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Return requests made after 30 days from delivery
  • Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery (not related to a verified defect)
  • Items returned with missing parts/accessories or without adequate packaging protection
  • Custom or made-to-order items (if the product page indicates it is customized or made-to-order)

8) Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for example, a different finish or size), please contact us first. Exchange availability depends on stock and product type.
