At Chandelierco Inc, we stand behind the quality of our lighting. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered under our 2-year limited warranty and how to request service.
1) Warranty Coverage (2 Years)
We provide a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper installation.
2) What’s Covered
The warranty may cover, at our discretion:
- Manufacturing defects in the fixture body, frame, sockets, or mounting hardware
- Electrical component failure that is not caused by improper installation or misuse
- Missing parts or damaged components discovered upon unpacking (please report within 48 hours of delivery)
3) What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, natural finish aging, or patina changes over time
- Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or repair by unauthorized parties
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, power surges, or incorrect voltage
- Issues resulting from incompatible dimmers, bulbs, or non-standard electrical systems
- Cosmetic damage after installation (scratches, dents, chips) not related to a manufacturing defect
- Commercial use, rental properties, or installations in high-humidity/high-corrosion environments unless explicitly stated as suitable
- Consumable items such as bulbs (unless the product page explicitly states bulbs are included and covered)
- Items marked as final sale or sold “as-is” (where permitted)
4) How Warranty Service Works
If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, we will review your claim and, at our discretion, provide one of the following solutions:
- Replacement parts (recommended for most cases)
- Repair guidance or troubleshooting support
- Replacement of the affected component or fixture (if parts are unavailable)
- Refund or store credit in limited cases where replacement is not feasible
5) How to File a Warranty Claim
Please email us at support@chandeliercoinc.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name (or product link)
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the issue (including wiring/connection area if relevant)
- Installation details (installer notes, voltage, dimmer model if used)
We may request additional information to confirm the issue and recommend the fastest resolution.
6) Important Notes
- For damage on arrival, please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer carton, packaging, and the item.
- Installation must be performed by a qualified professional where required by local regulations. Improper installation can void warranty coverage.
- Keep the original packaging for safe transport and potential part replacement.
