2) Shipping Time (Transit Time)

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 10–18 business days, depending on destination, carrier operations, and local delivery conditions.

Estimated Delivery = Processing + Shipping

For most orders, the total estimated timeframe is: 1–3 business days (processing) + 10–18 business days (shipping).


3) Shipping Cost

Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

If we offer promotions such as free shipping, the checkout page will reflect that clearly.


4) Order Tracking

When available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

5) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

7) Damaged Packages / Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the outer box (including the shipping label)
  • Photos of the internal packaging
  • Photos/videos showing the item damage (if any)
