We stand behind the quality of our lighting. Your purchase is covered by a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper installation.
What’s covered (when verified):
- Defects in the fixture body/frame, sockets, mounting hardware, or internal electrical components
- Functional failures not caused by installation errors, misuse, modification, or incorrect voltage
- Missing parts or damage discovered upon delivery (please report within 48 hours with photos)
What’s not covered:
- Normal wear and tear, finish aging/patina changes, or minor natural material variations
- Damage caused by improper installation, non-standard wiring, power surges, water/humidity exposure, or incorrect voltage
- Issues caused by incompatible dimmers, bulbs, or non-qualified installation
- Cosmetic damage after installation (scratches, dents, chips) not related to a verified defect
- Consumables such as light bulbs (unless stated otherwise on the product page)
